A Preventative Maintenance Contract includes for 2 Service visits per year with written reports, reduced rate Breakdown call-out cover and a 24 hour target response time. The On Call Maintenance Contract includes for 2 Service visits per year with written reports, unlimited Breakdown call-out cover and a 24 hour response time. The Comprehensive Maintenance Contract includes for 2 Service visits per year with written reports, unlimited Breakdown call-out cover, with parts and repairs covered by the contract and with an 8 hour response time.
